Whats loading and maintenance???

Do i take it after workouts???

loading is saturating your body with creatine and maintenance is 'maintaining' that saturation. take 20 g a day to load, and 5 g a day to maintain. with the load stage, take four 5 g doses spread evenly over the day (ie. morning, after workout, afternoon, evening) and the maintenance stage just the 5 g after a workout.
