Here's some cereal that I found. It is all bran from Kelloggs's. It has a very high fiber content(13 grams per serving) and it's low in impact carbohydrates. Fiber one is also a good idea to get, but I think that this cereal is even better.

looks pretty good, but the high fructose corn syrup is the only thing i can pick out. when the body metabolozes it, it is preferential to turn to fat and also shuts down your bodys mechanisms for preventing fat accumulation. other than that, everything looks good, great cereal to clean your.. *ahem*.. system... and a good source of vitamins

Yeah I found that kinda odd myself. I thought, High fructose corn syrup? But yet no sugar in the cereal. I don't understand.

What a coincidence that I ran across this post, I just bought this cereal tonight at the store. Hopefully it doesn't taste like cardboard ...

I'd have to agree on that one mmaibohm, the taste isn't really all that bad if your used to eating unflavored oats and stuff like that. Oatmeal tastes much better to me as well though. I don't know what it is about eating foods that taste bland and dull but crunchy and filling. It makes me feel like I'm doing so good to my body as opposed to the foods that have lots of taste to them.
