Hey guys, im a recent graduate and used to play up unitl my senior year water polo, and swim. Well with working and school now it has been so hard to exercise. Not to mention i have put on the extra pounds, exercise is like essential for me to relieve stress;
but i find that im so tire when i get home to then go for a run at night. I dont know how to motivate myself in that sense.
Ps; I dont have time to go to a gym, i get home too late so all i do is run. Do you have any other suggestions for any kind of exercises or plan that could help me shed a couple of pounds?

Could you work out another time of the day-morning or over lunch time. I finally joined a gym that is really close to work and now go 3X/week over my lunch hour. On cardio days I run in the morning. I know it's tough to fit exercise in, but once you find a routine it becomes more of a commitment. Another consideration is joining a water polo league or a masters swim program. I belonged to a masters swim team, but I didn't compete. It's really for all ages and swim levels. That way it will be something you enjoy and exercise is just an added bonus!
