I know it is not good to eat late at night..but sometimes before i go to bed i get so hungry that i just need a little something to get me through the night. What are some ideas of good snacks for night time that wont be so bad for me...Thanks
Low fat or fat free cottage cheese would be something ideal. Try not to eat anything that would be very high in carbohydrates. Peanut butter would also be a good idea. A protein shake as well. Do a search on Fitbuddy at the bottom of the page to get great ideas and recipes for late night snacking.
