Thanks to Google i found this site. I have been trying to shed off the weight & have flat abs & strong shoulders for quite sometime now but sad to say i have failed ...but no longer will failure stand in my way after i found this site.
Just one question though Is morning cardio better than evening cardio ??? Is everyday cardio a good thing or a bad thing???
Bad food habits of mine is Pizzas & Beer...love them ...but will sacrifice to get the body i want.
morning cardio gets your metabolism running for the entire day, however the difference between the two is not significant enough to workout at a time you normally wouldn't. Everyday cardio for 30 min sessions won't hurt you, however in a 7 day span you should try to put 2-3 rest days in. This will give you joints, and muscles a break and a chance to grow stronger. good luck, and welcome to ft.
