Excelent post man....I didnt understand how 2 do it before. He said something iteresting which m not sure about....he said if u only have a flat bench, u can still workout all parts of body. If u want incline lower the barbell towards ur upper chest....and if u want decline lower THE BAR TO UR UPPER ABS AND LOWER CHEST. Does this really work?

I tried doing close grip bench presses this morning the way the guy demonstrated it and really felt it in both the inner pecs and triceps. Did as the guy in the video suggested and dropped the weight I was using by a few pounds so I could do it but well worth it.

You want a bench video get a metal militia tape or a kennelly method video.
