I joined a couple weeks ago and have been sticking to my 12 week routine so far. the workouts are excellent, w/ easy to follow instructions. im trying to get back into shape. ex crew (rowing) member on collegiate level, now an ex couch potato actively trying to regain my strength and tone. if any female intermediate level members are out there and want a jogging partner let me know, ill be heading out on the williamsburg bridge soon!

I was supposed to run the NYC Marathon but didn't get picked in the lottery. It's a bit far of a commute to have a jogging partner though. :)

Good to have ya MSP. You're in the same situation that most were when they found this...including myself. Hang out and get to know everyone and learn as much as you can.

im off, had a good workout today. actually didnt want to stop after i had completed the days exercises.. i hit the streets tomorrow, going to get my 'jog on'....
i feel great :big_smile:
