OK... So far I've lost 18 lbs in 7 weeks of the 8 week schedule. I'm doing really well in keeping my nutrition numbers in line with carbs being the exception - I always come in at just over half, even with brown rice and whole grain breads and yams etc...
Anyway, I have started adding flaxseed oil to my routine but it always puts me over in the "Fats" number. I eat really clean... Is this Ok or should I really try harder to get the fats + Flaxseed oil under the limit?
