Do a new program...but if you're still new to working out then just keep with Beginner for at least another 8 weeks....but maybe emphasise a different area (i.e. shoulders, abs, legs). Whichever area you feel needs improvement.

Currently I'm on a beginner still after about 4 or 5 months of working out, but have upped my shoulders and chest workout cause those are areas that are lacking for me, and I'm seeing great results 6 weeks into my 8 week program. If you're a ft pro member you're able to target specific areas and it changes your reps for those areas for the desired look.
