I am 41 years old and want to shed the ole luv handles and belly fat and gain muscle mass. I have a slim build and am not sure which to do first. Shed the fat or is it beneficial to gaining mass and loosing later.
You will probably lose some fat as you start to train for mass (beginners luck), anyhow - start on a good weight training program here at freetrainers and stick with it, you should get good results!
