DO I lift heavy? Many sets? Lift light, high reps? How many exercises per muscle group?
I am doing 30-45 minutes of cardio per day 4-5 days a week.
I work 1-2 body parts a day 5-days a week. HOW DO I LOOSE BODY FAT? Its going nowhere!

I am 5 ft tall, 39 yrs old, eat pretty decent, low sodium but my body fat remains around 32-34??! can that be right?

Lift heavy enough to challenge the muscle, this will at the very worst case scenario make your existing muscle stronger and make it "stay around". LBM is an exceptional fat burner, and not to mention what makes your body with that hard toned look rather than soft and flabby.

Let your diet and cardio do the fat burning. This is how you lose fat...caloric deficit. Just eating "decent" is not how you do it. You must have a caloric deficit to tap your fat stores.
