Squats: Wide Stance
135-12 reps
225-12 reps
315-2 reps+2reps with narrow stance...weight felt like 405+....rediculous...pathetic...
335-1+0 reps...eh..
405-10+0 1/5 rhythm reps(slight dip in the knees then rose up on toes)
405-10+0 1/5 rhythm reps(slight dip in the knees then rose up on toes)

-300mg of caffeine+150mg aspirin

Chin Ups:
bodyweight(220-221 lb)-5 reps to chest
+105lb-2+1 reps+slow negative on last....did 3 reps but used legs to help on 3rd...
+105lb-2+0 reps....last negative was done slowly...
+115-1+0 reps....rep+slow negative
+115-1+0 reps....rep+slow negative
-did them in between bench sets...

Bench:
135-15 reps
225-15 reps
315-3 reps with pause on chest
365-1 rep with pause on chest
405-1+0 reps with ~1 sec pause on chest....easy...new PR
410-0+1 reps decided to go for another PR...couldn't even get it off the chest...dead weight...didnt rest enough...the guy i asked on the 405 for spot offered to spot again and I took him up on it with only 3-5 min rest which for me is very very little given that I did 102.5%....oh well...still thrilled over new PR...
-used a big arch and focused on staying tight...got help on the lift off from the rack...reracked myself...
315-8+0 reps....possibly had 9th but I racked after 8...
225-17+0 reps....

Tried to do tricep machine for the left arm but couldnt budge 130 nor 110....so I called it a day...

Thanks Aron...I was thrilled....I thought spotter was going to touch the bar midway through the set so I screamed I GOT IT....lol...scared him a bit...hope to make another PR next week...

I found that doing heavy CHin Ups/Pull Ups on chest days help with bench...

-300mg caffeine+150mg aspirin+500mg magnesium
-due to laziness took a week off...I was trying to time it so I ME bench on Thu, and was well rested, so once I couldnt go first few days after Thu last week, I just took the time off, since I was either going to do ME, squat, deadlift or military presses....eh...going to work hard this week..
-friend didnt show up 2nd week...he said he had doctors appt but if I knew that I would have come Tue-Wed...i was a bit irritated...this is the time when there's hardly anyone there so not good with 415 bench planned...

Bench:
135-15 reps
225-15 reps
315-3 reps paused on chest
365-1 rep paused on chest...no spotter....felt pretty heavy
415-0+1 rep...I got it but it was ugly...I got stuck under left pin...spotter tried to help and pushed the bar down and out....then I started screaming I got i got it...so he backed off and I slightly straightened out the bar and still had to slightly pulled it out from underneath the pin and then press it up...it came up uneven...ugly rep...poor awareness on my part...very disappointed, i know its gonna eat at me durign the week, because I knew i had it...o well next week...had spotter help me off during lift off
315-8+0 reps....felt like a ton but I got 8th with good form..had spotter help me off during lift off


Chin Ups:-did them in between bench
bodyweigth(219~)-5 reps to chest
chin over the bar:
+100-2+0 reps, did negative on 2nd rep slowly...
+115-1+0 reps..did negative slow tried holding at the top for a 2-3 sec...
+125-1+0 reps..did negative slow tried holding at the top for a 2-3 sec...
bodyweight-12 reps...had maybe a few more...did these to the chest...first 8-9 to lowest part of the chest...last few to the top part of the chest...

Military Presses:
135-12+0 reps...barely got last rep...was throwing up afterwards...
155-5+0 reps
175-1+0 reps
185-1+0 rep...had to fight for it....slight help with the legs...felt like a ton

Pinch Grip:
100lb DB: 3 sec, 2 sec, 3 sec...picked it up with both hands by the sides...used a brown paper towel to 'chalk it up' on the sides....to make it less slippery...wiped it off so hard that pieces of paper towel stayed on the DB...

Sitting Left Tricep Extension Machine:
110-6+0 reps...again hurled....didnt eat enough i guess...
130-1+3...did 3 negatives, helped with right then tried to do slow negatives, couldnt hold hand stretchedout at all...it rebounded a few inches before I could catch it....

-did bit of grippers yesterday...CCS or better: got BBE right to within 1/2'-3/4' and left to about 1' or less...then got BBGM to 1-2mm from close with right and 1/2' with left....then thinking I was doing BBGM, I got right to prolly within 1/2' gave it my all....then realized it was BBE...lol...left had nothing...1' at best....BBGM right to about 1/8 closed and left maybe to 1"..HG300 got to within 1/2-1/4" with right and 3/4" with left...then did a couple TNS with HG250...got 1 rep with both hands...then got 1 more with right and came within 1/2" with left...
-got Vbar and Pin for Climber511 on Gripboard...that guy does phenomenal work....got it out to me fast too...very cool guy...built his whole gym from scratch just about...wanted to try it out today but decided to hold off until Deadlift day so I i can do it with the rest of my support grip work...

-wanted go Saturday but missed due to Cavs/Detroit game, then got mild case of food poisoning later that night(always get a bad reaction putting greasy/fried foods in my body....like putting regular into your nascar ride)...eh...always some sht going wrong...sliced a chunk of my ring finger yesterday at work...good times...

Deadlift:
double overhand:
225-10 reps
315-5 reps
405-1 rep...
mixed:
495-1 rep...could feel my right hand beginning to slip
585-0 reps...got to about knee level before right hand slipped off...I was pissed...my right is my dominant hand ...usually it's my left setting me back...completely surprised by this...

Vertical Bar:
-found out I am complete p*$$y when it comes to the vbar lift...have heard small guys talking about them doing 200+ on first trys...and not being able to close #2...i know its different grip types...but nevertheless...i can hold on to lockouts probably close to 600 on a good day..so i was expecting 200-300 range..

1plate-1 rep per arm
2plates-1 rep per arm
3plates-1 rep per arm...bar was coming off my hands as I locked it out..135 is right around my max now on the lift...
granted I used no chalk and the bar is really slick..I read that u can add 50+ using chalk ...but still..i was very disappointed in myself...
did a few more 1 rep sets with 3 plates, and then went back down to 2 for 2-3 rep sets per hand...

w/straps:
590(wanted 600 but messed up)-3+0 reps
635-1+0 rep...moderately difficult
655-1+0 rep...after a bit of struggling got it..
605-1+0 rep...
-used all back ...could feel right side dominating like no tomorrow...left hamstring still tight and weakened...although left hip feels much better
-took me about 90 min to get through it all..was shocked I had 655 in me...been almost a month since last workout...probably the best lift to preserve strength in for me when taking time off...

grippers:
-I closed BBGM with right on sunday with my friend watching closely...and come within 1/2" with left...then did a few partials with BBE to about 1"..
-tried BBGM today but had nothing...got BBGM within 1/2" right hand and about 3/4-1" with left...then did 2 negatives with BBE with my left hand....my ring finger was hurting after the set....the missing skin was on the other side but the bandage was putting a lot stress on it....
left arm sittign tricep extension machine:
110-3+0 reps...should have warmed up
110-5+0 reps...

Sitting Left Leg Curl:
100-15+0 reps...felt better than last time...

Decline(highest setting on bench) Twists:
-12 per side...elbow past the knee

Decline(highest setting on bench) Cable Rope Situps:
100-2 reps+0...about 3/4 of the way...couldnt quite touch chest to knees after exploding
80-2 reps+0 ...touched chest to knees slightly...was exhausted by this time..

i am doing the 8-12 week plan. will their be a noticeable reduction in my fat within four weeks? I was told the toneing of my body would start around 8 weeks. am i correct? :dumbbell:

Gosh, today I felt super lazy!! Really I was going freaken crazy sitting on my ass watching T.V. all day not to mention eating ice cream, pie, chips and all kind of freaken junk food. Yes this is all do to my depression, my boyfriend left me 3 weeks ago for this fat ass bitch and I thought "that;s what he wants?, that's what he's going to get" ha ha but then around 6pm I snaped out of it and decided that if I continued working out, he would eventually want me back :):laugh:but of course I would kick him to the curb. Anyway I ended up at the gym and did 30min of cadio and went home :).
