hi all
im 17 years old and have started training about 2 months ago, i have a simple set of weights mainly a pair of dumbells at 2kg, 5kg, and 7.5kg aswell as a bar (like the dumbells but longer) with totals of 8kg and up to 16kg. I have noticed that my biceps are not really proportional to the rest of my arm, i think this is because i have steadily concentrated too much on them over the past 2 months.. they appear to be too large compared to everything else like my forearm which look pretty thin and my hands and wrist.
I have stopped using the weights because i really dont want them to get any bigger at this stage i need to focus on my arm as a whole. I have a bit of fat/flabby skin at the back of the arm behind the bicep i belive this is the tricep which i need to work on aswell as the forearm and wrist ( if this is even possible?!) anyway my arms do look a bit weird now as the bicep is really large (compared to the rest) so i really need help to get the balance back.

can any one show me how to perform tricep work outs and work outs for other areas of the arm ,or any other advice that could help me out.

thanks.

Look under "exercise program" at the top of the screen, you can sign up for an at-home program tailored to your goals.

Oh, and fill out your profile if you are going to stick around and ask questions, some people won't answer if you don't have a profile.

Another thing to think about is to focus on your entire body for mass gaining. Not just your arms. If you focus only on your arms, you will be here later on during the year asking for the same question about your body's proportion and your legs for example.
