Do some searching on fit buddy - there are tons of posts on this topic.
right after your workout is probably the most beneficial time to use whey protein.

How long have you been training? what does your typical workout look like? what type of training are you doing?...
I get a sense you're really excited about training/nutrition which is excellent...however I think you wasted your money with that product....it's more for experienced athletes/bodybuilders/etc.....you could make great gains through eating whole foods and regular whey protein powders(which are fairly inexpensive, 20$ US for fairly big tub)......also aim to buy stuff through the internet and compare prices...

If you are really wanting to get "insane mass" Maybe look into a weight gainer and stack that with some creatine. Your workouts will be more intense you strength will go up and over all you'll notice more gains then just staying on a isolate whey protein....but if thats all you want to stay on right after your workout! or 20-30 before your work out too
Hope that helps

Menace3000, I'v been training for about a year now,, but just recently i've been training heavy like 4- 6 rep exercises,,, i find to get better results this way. I can bench 225 6 reps touching chest,,, 6 reps of 75 lbs dumbells for military press! 6 reps of 215 for lat pull down, i curl 6 reps of 130 lbs for curly(ez bar) bar! and chest for dumbells 100's but thats the highest my gym goes too! and i dont train my legs that crazy cause i work 8 hour shifts and i limp so i squat about 300 lbs 6 reps! and as for (C_dobrocky thanks for the advice but i'd rather just stick with protein because if i stop takin creatine or weightgainer all my mass will slowly go away)
