im 17 and i have no energy...What should i do? my friend says i should take caffeine pills...should I? or is there a food that give you energy? or somthing....?
If you lack energy, it's probably because your not getting enough rest, your overtraining your body (if you are training at all) or your simply not eating enough. Fill out your profile. It'll help with lots of things. Male? Female? Height? Weight?
Do it healthy- no need for pills..look at your caloric intake maybe your not eating enough.Get plenty of water, fruits and veggies....these nutrients are vital for your body.. get plenty of sleep... if you can get the recommended veggies in a day try a greens supplement your energy levels should be at normal if you take something like that! Vitamin B12 also help with energy levels...stick to these type of things you will feel better overall...caffine may give you a kick but can leave you feeling not so hot at times too
