Anyone ever use this exercise? I can barely do 1 rep they are so hard and when I do negatives and keep tryin I can feel it so much in my abs. Not a lactic acid burn, but like the muscle is really gettin its ass kicked. The whole point of the exercise is to isolate the abs more by elminating a lot of use of the hip flexors, so you need some kind of device or a training partner to resist your hamstrings while doing the situp. Pavel Tsatsouline has come up with a device that does this (http://www.olusa.com/books/pavel/pavelizer.htm) , but I have made an effective setup here at the house using my own ideas.

yeah, there great. I prefer to work not to "isolate" though. Theyre great to through in now and then, but I still prefer other ab exercises.
