i am already skinny and i work out constantly to try to put on muscle but i just dont see very good results. I figure that if i cant get big i might as well get cut. Im just tired of being skinny and also not being cut even though i still have muscle. please tell me what to do to get more cut up.
what are your stats?? height weight age??? are you on any type of supplements...if you want to get big maybe consider taking a weight gainer (protein powder) and stacking that with creatine. If you are skinny that will help put on mass - good mass and make you get the most out of your workouts! as for getting cut....there is no magic to it really -train hard and eat clean!!! cut out all junk food - ie bad fats. bad carbs and processed foods! hope that helps and good luck!
