I finished an 8 week beginner workout, it only has you working 2 different exercises for each bodypart,a total of 8 sets. Is that enough? I just moved up to the intermediate program and it is the same. For someone who has just made an order for some gear, I think I do need a little more. Any suggestions?

Beginner?...why in ... would you order gear? (gear=steroids...as the term is commonly used)....8 exercises is plenty if you're training with intensity and giving it your all......also the type of exercises you choose differ a lot...squat/lunges are much better and will get you better results than leg press and leg extensions for quads...etc...
as a beginner you'll make gains no matter what you do just about...as long as you put in the effort...you should focus on correct lifting, nutrition, and sleep....to build muscle...and do cardio on top to stay cardiovascullarly fit...and help shed body fat if you're losing weight....there should be no reason for you to use any sort of supplements beyond a multivitamin....and definately no reason to order steroids/prohormones....what will happen if you do take steroids without the proper knowledge is you'll get injured or suffer bad side effects....DON'T DO IT....i can somewhat understand a 10 year lifter considering it...but a begginer?

steriods are not the key-----you just need to train properly worry about getting stronger the mass will come.how much bigger do you think you will be when you are benching 300for reps deadlifting 400for reps and squatting 400 for reps.
quit looking for the easy way and start training

i know plenty of people like him....looking for easy answers...and always assumes everyone is juicing...but the joke is gonna be on him if he does.....unless he likes looking like a woman with a bad heart, liver, and kidneys....to each his own....maybe that's his perfect way to live......who am i to judge?
