Hello all! I'm new here. My name is michelle. I'm a 25 yr old mother of beautiful twin boys that are almost 16 months old now. I'm just now getting started back into working out. I do a lot of cardio and also lift weights. My goals are to tone up my belly ( I had a c-section ), My love handles are horrible. Anyone know some good exercises for toning those up? I do tilts, crunches, hanging leg raises, and regular leg raises. Also, I breastfed and now have deflated balloons for breasts...lol. How about some tips for perking them up.
