Hey the exercise side of this site is wonderful, however i am hopeless at figuring out meal plans. Would love any suggestions for a weekly plan or sites to get such info, 2198 calorie allowance here... HELP..thanks xmagz:love:

its easiest to figure out a personalized meal plan yourself. some people like things more than others (mmm peanut butter :)) so by setting up your own diet you can incorporate what you like into your day. check the grocery list for healthy eating and the recipe tabs, and good luck :big_smile:

The grocery list is called "Grocery list for healthy eating". There used to be a sticky called,"grocery list for bodybuilders", but that brought people to say, "I'm not a bodybuilder. Bodybuilders have to eat a lot. I'll never lose weight with this list!" But this isn't true. Just click the back button on your browser, and it'll be at the top of topics with those little sticky notes.
