Food....not being sarcastic, but whole clean food. Most store bought gainer formulas are just packed with non nutrious calories, sugars, etc. to make calories.

cool cool. So just sorta pig out i see. as long as it's under the recommended calroic intake. I seem to have trouble trying to find good food. Usually end up drinking some pop (gingerale with less than 24g sugar per 1 cup) which has 100 cals. I really don't have the money for a while after getting that whey. :( But just out of curiousity would those replacemnt meal shakes (ensure to be specific) be alreaight? Gezz i need to learn more. O well awesome help there people.

Try getting your calories from all sorts of different healthy foods, but if you're really looking for lots of calories, try all natural peanut butter. The stuff tastes great and is very healthy.
Hey, I recommended peanut butter before bropie did!
