I am having a VERY hard time with food. I AM ALWAYS hungry. I eat several times a day.. try to eat small balanced meals.. I know what to eat, I've read this stuff for years, I've worked out with trainers for years... I can't stop eating.. the self control is NOT there.. no matter what, probably the reason I can't lose the belly fat. I work out hard, very hard, heavy weights, do 30-40 intense cardio (4-6 days) but I am so hungry all the time... there is NO CALORIC DEFICIT. What do I do? I am so angry at myself and depressed.. it takes everything I have to keep myself motivated to continue with working out, etc. I hate what I see in the mirror, or what I feel through my clothes.. I feel sick with myself. SIck of my ever-growing fat belly. I weigh 117, ( but should be around 110-112 maybe) I workout harder than most women in the gym but I can't see the progress because of the food. I wouldn't mind weighing more but it s just fat in the belly.. my legs, butt and arms are tight..someone PLEASE HELP ME.:(

Probably the reason that you can't stop eating is really because your body is starving. You say you do plenty of strenuous exercise throughout the week. Perhaps you're working too hard. This could be a reason why you are getting cravings and you can't stop eating.

vadwear - you probably underestimate the amount of calories you need. try adding some extra protein to your breakfast and some complex carbs like beans or brown rice to your other meals.

Also - focus on nutrient dense foods that are high volume, low calorie like broccoli, celery, lettuces, greens, etc. to fill in the gaps.

Do you drink enough water? Sometimes hunger is actually a signal for water.

Give yourself permission to have the things you crave once a week, that takes some of the pressure and guilt away.

You can get this all figured out.

If you are hungry - eat. just eat good food.

hoodia gordonii may help suppress the appetite

you can take Carb blockers to lower the cravings you get for carbs...

however this is on top of everything others said...this is just a tiny part that may help you achieve results....but you need to plan meals/snacks so that you eat every 2-3 hours....

as asimmer pointed out...you need to eat nutrient dense foods....as well as focus on eating complex carbs(yams, sweet potatoes, brown rice, etc) to prevent insulin from spiking one way or the other and have your blood sugar even throughout the day....also eat 30g of fiber a day....spaced out evenly....it helps fill your stomach and decreases feelings of hungers and helps with overeating....as well as helps keeping you regular and eliminate waste from the body better....

definitely have a cheat meal once or twice a week.....if you feel that guilty go for a 10-20 minute walk afterwards or before sleep....

As asimmer pointed out people very commonly misunderstand body's sign of thirst as hunger...and eat when they really need to be drinking water to hydrate themselves....so aim to drink about a gallon of water a day...spaced out fairly evenly throughout the day....
