Hey anyone seen GNC's Mega Man Sport, supposed to be fairly new. Doesn't look bad...pretty much the same at Mega Man Vitamins but they've removed all the fruit and veggie blends and added more L-glutamine, L-arganine, L-carnitine as well as 250 mg of BCAA's.

Curious if the 250 mg of BCAA's is enough to make a significant diff as well as the 115 mg of the new sports blend. Or would this be better received by a seperate supp? Here's the list of changes for both below:

Sports Blend:
Proprietary Sports Blend 215 mg **
Green Tea Leaves Extract (Camellia sinensis) **
Ginkgo Biloba Leaf Extract **
L-Arginine **
L-Carnitine **
L-Glutamine **
L-Taurine **
Branched Chain Amino Acid Blend 250 mg **
L-Valine **
L-Leucine **
L-Isoleucine **

Original Mega Man:
Proprietary Amino Acid Blend 100 mg **
Taurine **
L-Methionine **
L-Glutamine **
L-Arginine **
L-Carnitine **
Mega Men® Antioxidant Fruit and Vegetable Blend 105 mg **
Citrus Bioflavonoids **
Carrot Powder **
Papaya Fruit Powder **
Orange Fruit Powder **
Pineapple Fruit Powder **
Pumpkin Seed Meal (Cucurbita pepo) **
Spinach Powder **
Elderberry Fruit Powder **
Bilberry Fruit Powder **
Black Currant Fruit Powder **
Cauliflower Powder **
Saw Palmetto Berry Extract **
Kale Powder **
Brussels Sprouts Powder **
Broccoli Powder **
Apple Fruit Powder **
Kiwi Fruit Powder **
Grape Fruit Powder

Watcha think...worth trying out?
