Ive restarted my lifestyle changed after a few week break :surprised: Im having a tough bloody time trying to get back into the swing of things due to stress and minor health issues. Does anyone have a word of adivice? :love:
Always remember to keep ur head up when u get discouraged. Remember that most of this is mental. One must believe in themselves b4 acutally completing their goals. Set many smaller goals that will lead u to ur intial goal. That will keep u going in the right direction. However the main thing is to keep ur head held high and keep puching. Good luck and train hard!!
