That looks a little similar to the diet that I'm on right now. I mean I'm not saying it's perfect or anything, but yeah that seems about right. What are your goals by the way? Don't take the protein shake with the milk after your workout because it slows down the absorption of the protein. You want to take it with either water or a sports drink at this time because it will get to your muscles faster. Any other time of the day is fine.

If you want to drop bodyfat cut out all of those wheat and granola carbs and add in lots of fibrous veggies and some brown rice or sweet potatoes, even beans.

you could even up your fats a bit.. they are important to deliver vitamins throughout the body, help produce testosterone, keep us satiated, clean out the arteries, and burn bad fat. stick to mono/polyunsaturated from nuts, flax seed, fish, olive oil, etc.

Hey, thanks for the suggestions DX14AG, asimmer, bropie! They're very much appreciated. Do any of you guys take Vitamin C pills or L-Glutamine? Also, do you know of any good fat burners? I'm currently on HotRox, but I'm looking to try something different. Thanks again for your posts.

i get vitamin c through my multis, and also supplement with glutamine. i take the glut postworkout and before bed (about 10-15 g a day), but you can also take it in the am. check out bb1ft's log of camphibolic

I get glutamine in my shakes and other supplements. i haven't been specifically supplementing extra glutamine, because, strange as it sounds, it seems to correlate with my getting a cold. Hm. Could be coincidence, but I am not wanting to test that right now, seeing as i have benn (knock on wood) healthy for awhile now.
I get plenty of vit c in foods and in my multi. i also take cardio recovery, which has c and other anti-oxidants in it. i use it to mix my mirning creatine.
I would change your diet and see how that goes for you before resorting to fatburners.

I get my glutamine in my shakes as well. I Haven't supplemented with it in a while maily because I have just been to lazy and sometimes I forget to do so. I have had a similar problem with getting sick from supplements. I don't really think it was the creatine though. I think it was some bad watermellon that I ate the night before. Anyways, I'm also not going to test that either.

It coindcides with the glutamine - I have done creatine without the added glutamine and not had any problem, go figure.
Maybe we are all headcases?:)
