I started out ok :-).

Apple Grain Bar
Pb&J on Whole Wheat ---------------------->

Chips- Salsa
Qusadilla with chicken avacado and cheese
Refried Beens & Rice--------->

Oh Ya! and to top it off
A hot fudge brownie sunday!!!

It sure was good--but I feel like I could go lay on the couch for hours.

Its not that bad! Okay, maybe the hot fudge sunday... made you feel a bit sluggish, did it?

Start your day with more protein and eat more regularily spaced mini-meals, you are less likely to overindulge later in the day and make-up for lost calories.

Yep. It was pretty good, johnny depp makes a good Willy Wonka and it followed the book more closely than the old version.

I thought Johnny Depp was creepy as Willy Wonka. Best comparison I heard to his role in that movie was a mix between Michael Jackson and Carol Channing. He freaked me out.
