i don't know how to do a few excercises. I am real young and need a lot of help please! I am unable to do side laterals, chins between chairs, can curls, dips behind back and free squats. I would appricate it alot.

what does a profile have to do with his question?
If you can't figure out how to do exercises, search fit buddy, its at the bottom of the page, and also if you click on fitness plan at the top of your page, there should be a link for any exercise descriptions.
there are other sites, such as exrx.net, and a few others with full descriptions and videos of exercises if you cant figure out how to do them...

wrestler....because suggestions do depend on age, gender, etc...plus it's annoying talking to some1 who didn't even bother filling out their profile...

yes, but he just wanted to know about how to do exercises. Any other question and I would understand the need to know. He/she didnt ask about how to achieve his/her goals, or strength vs mass, or any of the more complicated stuff. He/she is starting out where all of us started, learning the exercises. After this stage, then they can move on, and a profile will be required. I didn't mean my statement to be impolite either, and I am sorry if it came off that way.
lol at "his gender". I wouldn't have even noticed that if you didnt correct it.
