Hey y'all!!! I'm new here...and I know you've heard that before lol Trying to get it all together...just can't remember where it all went...I know it's here somewhere..??? lol My goals are typical...lose weight, tone and define...DEFINITELY don't need to bulk up...I do that way too easily!! Weight loss doesn't come easy for me...being female, abit *older* and diabetic...challenges..yes...but I know it's not impossible.
Just wanted some place to come to learn and meet people with common goals and frustrations...did I come to the right place???? lol

Hello to everyone. I am 23 and in pretty good shape. Just want some new ideas to make me stay in the gym for a bit longer and get me motivated like I used to be. Some new exercises or some good ideas to mix up the cardio and not be as boring... I'll try just about anything.
