I've been running and working out a lot and my abs are flat except right below my belly button I have a little pouch that I can't seem to get rid of...any ideas?
well amber first i would sugest filling out your profile that usually helps others to help you... i would do an exercise for your obliques like a side crunch or side twists.... I do the side crunch only because I can feel it working my obliques the best... but there is afew more that u can do just go to health resources at the top, then got to Exercise / Fitness Resources, then jsut click on the abs and obliques on the 3 page in that section there is a list of diff exercises that works diff parts of you abs/obliques.....

Look to your diet. Proper diet and time are the only cure if you're exercising properly.
