Hey bicep, it depends on your specific goals as far as the cardio goes. I agree with krazyjoo as far as when to do cardio. I lost almost 40lbs. doing cardio immediately after my lifting. I only did 20-30 minutes 4-5 times a week. Sometimes I would vary this with 15-17 minute HIIT routines. It really worked. Plus, once you are done, the rest of the day is yours. Works great.
