I need your opinion on my routine. after 8 months off
I signed up for a new gym....
Now I`m trying to come up with a good routine

I`m thinking of 3 options:


***1 day split
2- 3 sets 10 -15 reps
Squat
calves
bench press
bent-over rows
skull-crasher
bicep cruels
abs

or
*** 2 day split
2- 3 sets 10 -15 reps
day 1 same as above
day 2 deadalifts, dips, chin ups, close bench press, cruels abs


or

****3
2- 3 sets 10 -15 reps
day 1 all legs
day 2 upperbody


where should I fit my cardio ?

Try doing cardio after your workouts.

Hey bicep, it depends on your specific goals as far as the cardio goes. I agree with krazyjoo as far as when to do cardio. I lost almost 40lbs. doing cardio immediately after my lifting. I only did 20-30 minutes 4-5 times a week. Sometimes I would vary this with 15-17 minute HIIT routines. It really worked. Plus, once you are done, the rest of the day is yours. Works great.
