I get to work around 7am, have a bowl of special K around 8, yougart around 9:30, then hit the gym around 10. After the gym, I eat lunch which is usually a turkey or tuna sandwich. When i get home from work, I eat a small dinner, then maybe a short jog or walk around the neighborhood. When should I drink my protien shake????

Have a whey protein shake mixed with water immediately post workout. Chug half of it right away and sip the rest for the next half hour to 45 minutes.

So I should just have one shake a day? Should I drink one in the morning before going to the gym?

Depends on your protein needs. If you need a meal pre-workout, a small one is fine. You could drink a meal replacement if you're pressed for time. Nothing beats whole food and rest for staying in shape. The post workout shake is the most important thing.

Are you sure that you are eating enough? Sounds low to me.

Im not sure if Im eating enough...I work out A LOT and Im always hungry, but I do eat when Im hungry. I just dont want to "over eat". Im still trying to drop 5-7 pounds. What do you think about protien bars for snacks?

Protein bars usually have alot of sugar. You need about 10 to 12 calories per day per pound of bodyweight for maintainance. Depending on the amount of exercise you may need a little more. The only way to find out is to log it daily and track your weight for a few weeks. Once your weight stabilizes add or drop about 250 calories per day and recheck in a couple of weeeeeeeeeeeeeks. Boy that "E" key is fun.
