Hello, im working out about 5 days a week and i seem to have the six pack but its under a thin layer of fat. I find this however hard to belive because im 6'2 and i barely weigh 153... Is there any way to get rid of the fat WITHOUT messing with the muscle mass im currently trying to gain or should I just ignore the fat until i gain enough muscle mass and then loose it? But when i do start to try to loose the fat, how can i do it without messing with the muscle? Wow thats confusing... sorry.
