m a 15 year old boy, and id really like to have a six-pack (or make it more obvious)
Im about 172, and my weight is 51 kilos, is there any exercise that REALLY trains the abs, so i can get the pack fast?
Also i dont have access to any machines...
Help me out here :)
oh yer and also, what is cardio anyway? :)

Ok, Well i dont have any fat around my tommy, my body fat is 15%, im quite thin overall, but on my stomach i have a bit more which annoys me a whole lot..
