Hey all i am a new member so i best introduce myself to you all, My name is Jonny i am into my sport i play Rugby and Soccer i live in wales uk. I want to lose some weight on my upper body get a sixpack and better pecks if u know wot i mean, i am 5'8 nd 13 stone most of this is muscle weight because i hav big legs arms and shoulders from rugby. i need to know the rite diet and best trainging methods to get a six pack nd pecks can you please help me.
