on this program what do I enter for weight on my charts?

If I put in 0 it does not show up on my exercise progress chart.

Are you using weights? If you are, put in the amount of weight you are using.
If you are not using weights then your progress charts will just show level. When you are able to do the exercises easily and using correct form, then you can start adding weight.

you mean you can add weight to leg lifts and crunches? Ok will wait and see on the next round..... Thanks for the input.:big_smile:

hi,
I did not get the 12 week abdominal program that I signed up for - is there a way that I can retrieve it without changing my original training program I have already lost it once and don't ant to have to start over again.
