I want to gain weight (the right way, of course) and I was just wondering how much cardio I should do? I know I shouldn't do a lot of it but I don't know where the line is between too little and too much.

Thanks.

I'm really sorry to be asking a lot of questions, but I just have one more. I am doing the ab program as well as a regular workout program. The thing is, there is a special diet for the ab program that wants me to cut carbs by however much and add protein by however much...and on and on. So do I follow my nutritional plan or do I follow the diet plan? If I follow the diet then do I use the nutritional plan as a guide to use the diet plan?

Ash, it sounds like from your profile you want to trim down to see your abs and become the greatest super model ever. If this is true, my advice would be for you to have an upper body lifting day, and a lower body lifting day mixed in with 4 days of high intensity cardio. Nutritionally speaking you want to stick to fruits, vegs, lean cuts of meat, lots of water, and even some nuts to up your protein intake a bit. remember eat 6 small meals a day as well. I hope this helps, and you don't have to apologize about asking questions here. That's what this forum is built on.
good luck and welcome to ft.
