Hi everybody. Well I am a 30 year old male who is 5'10 and weights 285lbs wow I can't believe it. I was 325 lbs but lost about 100lbs. That's before I found out I was diabetic. Since last year I have been controlling my sugars and I put back on 60lbs. I did all the tests and everything is ok. Now my doctor tells me to get into shape. Which I started. I got a personal trainer and I am not happy at all. I did my training everyday. Cardio everyday. I am a big guy naturally. The smallest I have been was 190lbs and I was skinny. My goal weight is 220 to :(230 lbs. I have huge legs and shoulders. I need to lose my gut and build everything else. CAN ANYONE HELP ME?
