Just give me a guess how long it would take to lose 80 pounds if i run everyday (1-3 miles) and also do sets of push up's, play basketball, and weight lift i also want to get rid of man boobs .
Losing weight has a lot to do with a good clean diet as well. Doing all of that exercise per day might be too much. If you find that you are always exhausted, cut down on some of the exercise. 6 months might not be enough time. Achieving your goal in 6 months would mean that you would be losing approximately 3 lbs per week. Try aiming for 1-2 lbs of fat a week. This might not seem like much, but it is easier to keep the weight off after if you take it slowly. Also, if you are a beginner to exercising, take it slowly at first. If you hit it hard in the beginning, you might feel like you are doing too much and not seeing enough results and you might just quit overall. Take it slow. Your "Man boobs" will go away once you start to lose weight. Take a look at the Healthy persons grocery list in the nutrition section. Eats a great list of healthy food that you should base your diet on. Goodluck on your goals.

if you're super dedicated and want it gone ASAP...you can try 5lb a week..and achieve 80lb loss in 4 months...however is that healthy? no....you'll lose way too much muscle mass...much better goal is to lose 5lb in a month....so at this pace it will take you 16 months......
while losing weight....take 5-10g of fish oil daily...to help prevent muscle breakdown...account for it in your daily calories though....
also consume 1.5g of protein per lb....while dieting....
