Hi all,
I am very new to all this fitness and weight lifing ideas,could someone please tell me what does set of repetitions mean eg....

set 1 repetitions 15
set 2 repetitions 15
set 3 repetitions 12

what does this mean?
can some one please advise me thanks

It means for the first set, try to do 15 repetitions... the second set try 15 and the last set try for 12.

If it's too easy, up the weight... too hard... lower the weight.. but, keep in mind, the first set should be easy using a light weight for a warmup set.
