Kathy,
Welcome!

I'm guessing you're asking for help in relation to your profile:

Personal Information:
I'm turning 31 SOON.......promised myself 5 years ago (and every year in between) that by age 30 I'd have that perfect bod i had at age 20. Im a single mom of four beautiful children all two years apart (8 on up too 14 years old - 3 boys 1 girl) All my kids are very active and athletic and i need to keep up with them! This past two months I have really change my perspective on getting in shape ......I've lost 17 lbs so far and IM GONNA LOSE AT LEAST 70 MORE!

Health & Fitness Goals - Achievements:
LOSE THE FAT.....and get toned

So - you've definitely come to the right place. You do need to be a little more specific in your posts though!

As you're going to learn the "Fit Buddy" search will be very helpful if you're seeking information on a specific topic. Often posts will go unanswered, not because they're being ignored, but usually because the post is asking a commone question and the answer would be found using the FitBuddy search.
The key to healthy weight loss in balance in relation to both nutrition and exercise.
Do some searches and if you still have questions be specific and fire away!
Good luck! This site can be a GREAT source of motivation. You've definitely come to the right place.
Erika.

PS
Get your kids on board - make them a part of your solution. You say they're all quite athletic and active - join in mom! Find fun games/activities that you can all enjoy together. Tell your kids you're on a mission and you need their help. I would imagine they'd be more than willing to play bootcamp with you!
