I'm 18 and I just started working out this summer, and all I've been doing is yoga 2-3 times a week and throwing in some crunches and lifting small weights to tone my arms. But I've noticed a BIG problem -- I've almost completely lost my butt! I had a pretty large one before, and since I've started excercising it's become almost nonexistent. I don't want to stop excercising because I like what it's done to other parts of my body (like my tummy!). Does anyone have any suggestions for how I can keep up my current routine or alter it some so I can gain some butt back?

you can have some of mine, i will gladly share with you...lol.
Just kidding, question you need to ask yourself, would you rather have a nice toned butt or a big soft., wiggly one?
If the choice were mine, I'd choose the small round toned one...

You can't spot lose when it comes to weight loss. You can however, incorporate some leg work into your exercise routine to build alittle muscle. If girls could spot lose, it would be very eye opening to see what would happen in the current butt craze.... :)
