Hi,everybody I am new to the site. I have a question I have worked 8 yrs on third and my normal work out is when i get up around 3:00 P.M. I eat breakfast and wait about 30 minutes and then I go to the gym. My question is should I be eating before I go to the gym or should I hold off until I get home?
Yes, you should have something before you workout, a mixture of complex and simple carbs and some protein - oatmeal and blueberries in a protein shake is an easy choice.
