I'm 18 and 5'2". I usually go to band camp for two weeks, but my college doesn't have a band. Marching band was good for toning and losing weight. My problem is, I used to live in the country and I have moved to the city. I have gone from a lean, muscular, and curvy 105 to a less then that 120 in a matter of weeks. How can I get back to my normal fit self, loose the cellulite, and keep my curves? I am a very curvy woman and I'm Mexican, so it's part of my culture to show off those curves. Any help? Daneen

This one time at band camp I did cardio and had a proper diet. :) Basically good foods 5-6 times a day in very small portions. Some real cardio that actually makes you sweat should take care of your 15 lbs extra. 2-3 lbs of weight loss a week is healthy. good luck, and welcome to ft.

tydesgirl, if you are wanting toning as well then add a little weight training in as well. Try the weight loss and toning program they have here by simply clicking on "Exercise Program" at the top of this page and you will be on your way.
