Hi all, I am new to this forum and just wanted to say hello. I have recently quit smoking (a smoker for over 20 years) and gave up soda. I am ready to reclaim my life by getting back in shape.
Hi dad of two, congradulations with the smoking, and the soda aswell. I am having a really hard time quitting smoking, any tips?? My problem is i dont want to gain weight while quitting, i am on my 5th day of quitting and i am feeling miserable.
