OK i am new here and did my nutrition thingy--i put that i have a slow metabolism, low activity and i want to tone and lose fat...and this is what it told me
Protein -
310 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable
Carbohydrates -
620 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable
Fats -
50 g .. maximum 10% variance is acceptable
Total Calories -
4129 :surprised::surprised::surprised: .. calculated maximum, do not exceed for current goal
ok question should i relaly eat 4239 calories a day or a week???:laugh:
help me please

That doesn't sound right for either. I eat about 1400 calories per day, and I'm 136 pounds. Here's what I did- Go to fitday.com and log your calories every day. I then charted them against my weight to find what was optimal for me by playing around. Good luck!
