Ok so i've been working out 4 days a week since mid Feburary and lost a hefty amount of weight, but there is a little ways to go. And only recently (last month) i've been taking some whey protien and ZMA(for 2 months) along with taking multi vitamins (london drugs style). Now i read everywhere that people should be taking glutamine when taking whey.

So i'm just wondering how many people here use it. And do you think it would cause any kind of problems with the other products i'm taking.

Thanks in advance.

Glutamine is your choice. It will not hurt you, but is in my opinion overhyped. Unless on a severe cutting regimine, probably not needed.

theres no difference between losing weight and toning muscle. In order to "tone up" (god i hate that term) you must loose the fat over your muscles. BB1 suggested glutamine during cutting because it prevents the catabolism of muscle tissue.
