ok...Im 5'10", 170-172 pounds...
I need a good ab workout that will help me get ripped abs. I already know about having a nice cardio plan...but the thing is..i DONT want to lose any weight..i want to stay in the 170-175 range...i love the way my physique looks at this weight with my normal upper body weight training...so what do you suggest. Also give me a good ab workout that will help me get results fast...thanks in advance

Get one of those belts that makes you sweat it off. They work FAST!

Ripped abs for me means Hangin leg raises until failure and hangin leg raises with side oblique twists side to side.
You'll feel the burn and see results. Now keep in mind the DIET is about 80% of your battle.

Ripped abs means diet along with proper workout.

Jimi I hope you know I was jokin lol. Nkredible bb1 is right, as he is and will be pretty much every time he posts. You can't get FAST abs, and that's why I said that. Everyone has to have fast abs and arms and everything else these days.
