Hi, my name is Amanda. I am 23 years old and i would like to loose 20 lbs. Problem is I smoke. This week i have tried to quit smoking and find myself eating to replace the craving. I know that i need to quit, but i dont want to gain weight. Any suggestions?
Do one thing at a time. Concentrate on quitting smoking or concentrate on losing the 20 pounds. If you aren't careful, one thing will be an excuse to make the other worse and since you are a smoker (I was once) you probably know what I mean. You won't quit till you really want to so all the advice in the world won't help. If you lose the weight and then quit, you'll look so good that it won't matter. :)
