i think bulking would be gaining muscle mass with fat gain.. whereas mass building would be putting on lean mass.

i think.. mass building is a more progressive route, and will take longer than if you decide to just add on the size with some fat

I weigh 88kg and am quite toned on a good day. Can anyone offer nutritional advice in order to gain mass/weight but maintain a fairly low body fast percentage. Ideal weight = 92-95kg. I also don't want to hault my cardio training.

Joedman im sure that the reason why you are skinny is not really your metabolism i was really skinny to about 2 months ago and i would blame it on my metabolism but when i started reading these forums i found out that there was no way that i was eating over 2500 calories everyday you need to look at the foods you eat and start counting how many calories tha tyou actually eat every day and if you want to gain weight you should eat more than 3000 calories a day. july 10 i weighted 140 and today i weight 166 pounds and i can curls 30 pounds heavier than when i first started and bench 40 pounds more than i could then by staying commited so far and being patient watching was i eat and doin alot of research as long as you do that your possibilities are endless
