I've been working out for about 2 months now and have been taking 150 grams of whey protein a day plus what I eat comes to just about 200grams. I am 5'11'' 175. Although people told me that the NO Xplode isn't worth it I found it extremely helpful during my workout even if it doesn't give me gains it keeps me pumped up and concentrated on my workout. I was debating on starting up cell-tech on top of all this, but I read some bad stuff about it here
www.bodybuildingforyou.com/ creatine/muscletech-cell-tech.htm
Right now I'm spending almost 60 bux a month in supplements so if it doesn't work I really don't want to waste my money on it. From that article the guy says normal creatine will do the same thing for you and its a lot cheaper so what would you guys suggest I do? I am going to finish out these last 6 weeks then start taking some sort of creatine because that will be almost 4 months of lifting 5 days a week.

Don't forget that creatine is creatine, and fancy packaging only tends to raise the price. If you do a fitbuddy search (at the bottom of the page) you'll find answers about Celltech. Have you taken any time of over the 4 months you've been working out? A lot of people find it benificial to do so.

No explode is a decent supplement, by BSN. I would stack it with their creatine, can't remember the name of it off hand, but part of their mass stack. Not a bad company. Much better than Muscletech.

Well its only been just over 2 months so at the end of my 16 week program I am going to take a few days off. It ends on a wednesday and I'm going to take off till the following monday. I've seen gains every week so I want to keep at it.
Thanks bb1, I'm going to check out that creatine.

V-12 TURBO is a really, really good creatine. do some research it comes out on top over almost all other creatines and its fairly priced and the grape tastes pretty darn good.

Also another question:
I work out with my sisters boyfriend sometimes and he has been lifting since march pretty hard core. 5 Weeks ago he was doing 165 for 5 sets of 7 with 1 min 30 sec rests in between sets. He is almost up to 195 now for the same thing(only got 6 reps on the last 2 sets). He takes cell mass, NO xplode, and protein so would this just about 30lb gain be attributed to all these supplements and his ginetics? One of my buddies I lift with tells me he just has good ginetics and that is why he sees constant gains and looks ripped, but I'm just thinking he's jealous and making up stuff to make him feel better about himself.

you always have to remember, people are different, people gain and loose at different rates.
take me for example i weighed 175, the first time i started taking creatine, within 2 months i was up to 215, and working out with alot of weights. i stopped taking creatine for about 1-2 years due to career change.
i started creatine again and shot back up with strength and mass, only 1 creatine did this for me:
mt-rx mass action. but that was me!
they don't make it anymore and i cannot find a creatine to give me those qualitys again.
so remember everyone is different.
